Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Welcome to WishWall (“WishWall,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wishwall.world and related services (the “Service”). By browsing, creating a wall, or placing a wish, you agree to these Terms.

1Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WishWall regarding access to and use of the Service.

1.1Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after we update these Terms means you accept the revised Terms.

2The Service

WishWall lets people discover virtual walls on a world map and leave short wishes on those walls.

2.1Digital only

Walls and wishes are digital content only. Creating a wall does not grant ownership of any real-world place, property, or street.

3No public accounts (V1)

Public browsing does not require an account. Wall creators receive a one-time manage token when a wall is created. You must store that token securely. We do not offer password-based public accounts in this version.

4Paid products

  1. (1)Standard Wall — USD $10
  2. (2)Wish — USD $1

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown before checkout.

4.1Payment confirmation

A purchase is complete only after Paddle confirms payment. Returning from checkout alone does not publish content.

5Your content

You retain rights to text you submit. By posting, you grant WishWall a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and share that content as part of the Service.

5.1Prohibited content

You must not post illegal, hateful, harassing, spam, or infringing content. We may refuse, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or our moderation rules.

6Moderation

Content may be automatically or manually reviewed. Approved content can appear publicly; content under review or rejected may not. We may suspend walls or remove wishes to protect the Service or other users.

6.1Country seasons

Country seasons are voluntary recognition on WishWall — not a lottery, raffle, or cash prize.

  1. (1)Each season is one ISO week in UTC, from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday. The leaderboard resets each Monday.
  2. (2)Points: founding a public wall +5; wish Small +1, Medium +2, Large +3. Points go to the country of the wall’s map location (latitude/longitude), not the payer’s home, IP address, or nationality.
  3. (3)Only public content counts. Removed, rejected, or refunded wishes stop counting for that season. Countries with no wishes that week do not rank.
  4. (4)The champion is the #1 country when the week ends. The following week that country receives visible recognition on the globe and higher Discover visibility — not money, free wishes, or ownership of land.
  5. (5)Paying for a wish or wall places content on WishWall. Season standing is a side effect of public publish, not a purchased ranking product.

WishWall may change or pause seasons. Display names and content still follow moderation and report rules.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. (1)Abuse rate limits, scrape aggressively, or attack the Service
  2. (2)Impersonate others in a misleading way
  3. (3)Use WishWall for fraud, malware, or illegal activity
  4. (4)Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt payment flows

8Availability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WishWall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
